We build this site to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Here is what that means in practice, what still has limits, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Day Ahead is a support business, so a website that is hard to use would be a poor introduction. We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we test it as we make changes.
These measures are in place across every page, including the Application Center:
The application is a four-step form with a visible progress indicator, a Save draft control on every step, and a review screen before submission. Nothing is submitted until you confirm it, and you can leave and return without losing your answers.
If any part of the application is difficult to complete with your assistive technology, write to us and we will take your application by email instead, at no disadvantage to you.
The Google map embedded on our Contact page is provided by Google, and we do not control its internal accessibility. Our full office address and phone number are printed as text beside it so the map is never the only way to reach that information.
Résumé auto-fill reads plain text. If you attach a PDF or Word file, paste your résumé text into the box provided and the same auto-fill works — or simply type the four contact fields.
If something on this site blocks you, email AlexanderFisk@DayAheadServices.com or call (208) 344-0917 during weekday support hours. Describe the page and what happened, and an owner will reply within two business days with a fix or a workaround.
